Welcome to Nito! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using Nito, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our App.

To use Nito, you must:

Nito is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

5.2 Subscription Services

If you purchase a subscription:

• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled

• No refunds for partial subscription periods

All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refunds are handled through the App Store. Contact Apple support for refund requests.
